REGULAR CLASSES: Mondays 6.45 - 7.45pm Vinyasa Flow - Beginner/intermediate Flow (suitable for all) - Northmoor Village Hall/Zoom

Wednesdays 7.00 - 8.00pm Vinyasa Flow - Intermediate Flow (suitable for strong beginners) - Northmoor Village Hall/Zoom

Thursdays 7.00 - 8.15pm Restorative/Yin Yoga - general practice (suitable for all) - Standlake Youth Club Hut

Fridays 7.00 - 8.00am Vinyasa Flow - Gentle - start the day Flow (suitable for all) - Standlake Youth Club Hut

In-Person Class: £12 (+ recording £15) *Restorative/Yin - £15 per class

Via Zoom OR recording: £10 - Zoom (+ recording £12)

what the process is, why we have the symptoms as well as understanding the different types of symptom and how

Victoria is everything and more that I could ever hope to find in a yoga teacher. She is knowledgeable, empathetic and kind and adapts her teaching style and class type to a whole range of needs. I have been privileged to have experienced Victoria as a yoga teacher since 2017, in private 1:1 and 1:2 sessions, group classes and classes designed for school students aged 11 - 16. In all scenarios, Victoria leads extremely well-planned and highly appropriate classes which perfectly balance physical, mental and emotional challenge, development and nourishment .....

.... How she does that so well, I do not know, but she makes it look effortless and as such, provides her students with the most worthwhile, joyful and beneficial practice. It is obvious from her teaching style and the information that she provides every lesson, that Victoria takes her own yoga journey and development extremely seriously and she is generous in sharing what she has learnt in a down-to-earth and accessible manner. Time spent with Victoria, is always time well spent. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
